This is a two-hour commitment, once a month that occurs for one afternoon (or evening) in March & April. Then in May (around Memorial Day Weekend), the Goose Patrol picks up the eggs and disposes of them according to the IDNR (Illinois Department of Natural Resources.
Timberline Valley South HOA receives a permit yearly, which allows us to addle (oil) the goose eggs and then dispose of them after the mating season is over.
